2. Account and Authentication

To use Pulse, you must authenticate using your Microsoft Outlook or Google Workspace account. You authorize us to access your Outlook or Gmail emails and calendar data for the purpose of delivering insights and sales intelligence features.

3. Use of Data

By using Pulse, you grant us permission to:

• Access and store your email and calendar data (both historical and real-time).
• Process your data to extract business insights, such as meeting summaries, deal tracking, contact enrichment, and communication analysis.
• Retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytical or research purposes, unless explicitly prohibited by your organization.

We use a secure, paginated import for your historical data and run continuous updates every 5 minutes via asynchronous queries.

4. Data Privacy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Pulse and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to us or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
