Historical Import: Upon account connection, we conduct a bulk paginated import of past Outlook emails and calendar events.
Ongoing Sync: We continuously process new emails and calendar invites every 5 minutes asynchronously.

- Data is stored using industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest.
- OAuth tokens are securely stored and automatically refreshed.
- Access to your data is strictly limited to essential personnel and systems for processing purposes.

When you connect your Google account, we may access Gmail and Google Calendar data solely to provide Pulse features. We do not share or disclose Google user data with any third party except:
- To our trusted cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (for secure storage and processing)
- As required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
We never sell, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
